OUR MISSION:

"Caring for family and friends, Kittson Memorial Healthcare Center provides and cooperates with others to ensure area residents have access to services necessary to maintain their health and well-being."

Kittson Memorial Healthcare Center is located in Hallock, Minnesota; with a satellite medical clinic in Karlstad, MN. The main medical campus consists of a fifteen bed hospital, medical clinic, a seventy bed nursing home (with a dedicated memory care unit), home health care agency and assisted living center. Within the campus is also a community fitness center and independent dental clinic. We also, operate an ambulance service that serves our community and surrounding communities.

Kittson Memorial recently implemented an Electronic Medical Record system.

The new Electronic Medical Record will enhance patient care and provide you with secure access to your electronic medical record.

Please be advised that within the next few months you may have a longer wait than normal while we confirm your information in our new system. We will also be requesting insurance cards and signatures to update informtion in the new system.
